License Grant: When you purchase or download code or templates from AiZenty Solutions, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the item for your personal or business projects as specified by the license type.
Restrictions: You may not redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license, or offer our source files, design themes, or code to any third party as standalone products.
Unauthorized Use: You must not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

3. WhatsApp Business API & Third-Party Platforms

Meta Policies: When utilizing WhatsApp Business API or Meta integrations provided by AiZenty Solutions, you must adhere strictly to Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy.
Account Suspension: Meta reserves the right to suspend or ban WhatsApp Business accounts that violate spamming guidelines or policy standards. AiZenty Solutions is not responsible for any bans, restrictions, or data loss caused by Meta's enforcement actions.

4. Payments, Refunds, & Subscriptions

All payments for digital goods, software licenses, setup fees, and custom development services are handled securely. Due to the digital nature of our themes, templates, and pre-built code files, all sales are final, and refunds are typically not provided once the files have been downloaded or services have been initiated, except at our sole discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

AiZenty Solutions provides software, themes, and services "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall AiZenty Solutions be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Faisalabad, Pakistan.
